- "Client" refers to any individual, company, or organisation that engages Terravix Solutions Ltd to supply temporary workers.
- "Candidate" or "Worker" refers to any individual seeking temporary work through Terravix Solutions Ltd.
- "Services" refers to the temporary employment and staffing services provided by Terravix Solutions Ltd.
- "Assignment" refers to the period during which a Worker is supplied to a Client.
3. Our Services
Terravix Solutions Ltd operates as a temporary employment agency specialising in the construction sector. We provide temporary staffing solutions by connecting skilled and vetted construction workers with clients who require labour for their projects. We act as an intermediary between Clients and Workers and do not guarantee permanent employment.
4. Client Terms
4.1 Engagement
By requesting workers from Terravix Solutions Ltd, the Client agrees to these Terms and any separate written agreement entered into between the Client and the Company. The Client shall provide accurate details of the work required, including the nature of the role, location, expected duration, and any relevant health and safety requirements.
4.2 Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay fees as specified in the relevant assignment confirmation or separate written agreement. All invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4.3 Health and Safety
The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all relevant regulations. The Client must provide adequate site induction, supervision, and any necessary site-specific training. The Client shall inform us immediately of any incidents, accidents, or health and safety concerns involving our Workers.
4.4 Transfer Fees
If the Client wishes to engage a Worker directly (either on a permanent or temporary basis), the Client must notify us in writing. A transfer fee may be applicable in accordance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
5. Worker Terms
5.1 Registration
Workers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including proof of right to work in the UK, valid CSCS card details, and any other required certifications. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of any assignment and removal from our register.
5.2 Conduct
Workers are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, follow Client site rules and instructions, wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. Workers must not engage in any illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour that brings the Company into disrepute.
5.3 Timekeeping and Attendance
Workers must attend their assignments as agreed and arrive on time. If a Worker is unable to attend an assignment, they must notify Terravix Solutions Ltd as soon as reasonably possible. Repeated failure to attend or persistent lateness may result in removal from our register.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terravix Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.
Our total liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in respect of the relevant assignment. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Terravix Solutions Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
8. Website Use
You agree not to use this website:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms.
- To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
